Hot fudge sundaes are my thing. Really. There’s a story from my childhood when, after coming home from preschool with 3 new tubs of ice cream and toppings that I “had” to have, my father claimed his car drove itself right into the grocery store parking lot. He was helpless against the wishes of his three year old daughter. Fast forward a few decades and I found myself still searching for the perfect hot fudge sundae. 

I noticed over the years that many dessert sauces were too sugary, grainy or contained weird ingredients like water and corn syrup. They were popular brands carried by major retailers, but I was not their targeted customer.

I tested several premium chocolates and landed on a Belgian chocolate that provided a deep, rich flavor and combined them with the best organic cream and sugars to create this off-the-charts dessert sauce.

Being a mom of three girls (whose names all start with "M"), there is a responsibility I take in teaching them about how our foods are made and how that process can affect our health. Reading labels is important. REAL ingredients are important. If you can’t read it, then don’t eat it! I want to feel good about the food I create for my family...and your family as well.
